Welcome to PixelMaster Ltd ("PixelMaster", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, bistro services, catering services, and any related services provided by PixelMaster.

By accessing our website at pixelmaster.top, making a reservation, booking our catering services, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

PixelMaster operates as a premium bistro and catering service provider, offering:

• Event catering services for weddings, corporate events, and private functions

• Online reservation and booking services

User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

General Conduct

• Provide accurate and complete information when making reservations or bookings
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect our staff, other customers, and property
• Follow health and safety guidelines and restaurant policies
• Not engage in disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour

Reservations and Bookings

• Arrive punctually for reservations or notify us of delays
• Provide accurate dietary requirements and special requests
• Give reasonable notice for cancellations or changes
• Pay for services as agreed and within specified timeframes

Website Usage

• Use our website only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Not transmit harmful code, viruses, or malicious content
• Respect our intellectual property rights

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Restaurant Reservations

• Reservations can be made by phone, email, or through our website
• We hold tables for 15 minutes past the reservation time
• Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours in advance
• No-shows may be subject to charges for special events or peak periods

Catering Services

• Catering bookings require a deposit to secure the date
• Final guest numbers must be confirmed 7 days before the event
• Cancellations more than 14 days in advance: full refund minus deposit
• Cancellations 7-14 days in advance: 50% of total cost
• Cancellations less than 7 days in advance: full payment required

Payment Terms

Payment terms vary depending on the service:

• Restaurant dining: Payment due at the time of service
• Catering services: 25% deposit required at booking, balance due on completion
• Private dining: 50% deposit required, balance due at event
• Corporate accounts: Net 30 payment terms (subject to credit approval)
• All prices include VAT where applicable
• We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, recipes, and software, is the property of PixelMaster or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
• Use our trademarks, logos, or brand names without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our website
• Use our proprietary recipes or business methods

Health and Safety

PixelMaster is committed to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. We:

• Regularly train our staff on food safety practices

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, etc.) may excuse performance

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any matter for which it would be illegal to exclude or limit liability

Privacy and Data Protection

Governing Law

• Outstanding payments remain due
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination
• Provisions that by nature should survive termination will continue
